Our production can proudly boast state-of-the-art technology and numerical control machines, which allow the following advantages:
- Computer-directed programming, data collection and consumption analysis of each processing step.
- Guaranteed safety at work throughout the production process. Our machines are equipped with special sensors that stop them from working as soon as an operator crosses the safety zone.
We have been 1090 and 3834-2 certified since 2010, with the following customer guarantees:
- The orders are subjected to a procedure with strict inspections conducted by engineers specialized in structural calculations and technicians specialized in welding controls. The entire delicate welding phase is conducted by personnel licensed by the Italian Institute of Welding (IIS CERT).
- In 2021 we initiated the acquisition of 4.0 machines along with digital traceability. A choice that allowed for the optimization of the period for the orders.
